How do I give access to support?

Usually qbee never accesses your infrastructure, and we have built-in checks that we cannot do this. However, in some service situations, it can be helpful that we receive access to see what is happening. This access can be granted and revoked through a setting.

In the menu under the user's name please go to "company". There you will see a checkbox below your company name. If this is checked qbee personnel can access your account. It can be revoked at any time.


qbee cannot access your devices and will not do active operations

When allowing qbee personnel on your infrastructure all actions will be logged in your audit trail. We do not do any active operations! Your devices can be accessed through the VPN, but the password is only in the platform as a hash. Therefore, it is impossible to get access to the devices through ssh and VPN. As soon as the access is revoked qbee personnel will not have access to your infrastructure anymore.
